The price payable for a Product will be the selling price of the Product as displayed on the Site.
Payment for products purchased through this service must be made by credit card in the purchaser's name.
If payment is made by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of a separate contract between the purchaser and the credit card company. If any dispute arises between the purchaser and the credit card company in relation to the use of a credit card, the purchaser and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute between themselves.
