Integrating the Amelia Booking Plugin with BuddyBoss

We test and validate most of the plugins that integrate with BuddyBoss, including the popular booking plugin Amelia.

Amelia alone is a plugin like this.

In the past, it was beautiful but difficult to use, but it has been refined and evolved considerably through many years of updates. Now, it can be said to be the most recommended booking plugin.

As I wrote here, even though they are all reservation systems, there are big differences depending on the purpose.

The reservation

Is it a service? (Basically open)
Is it an event (normally closed, random, or unexpected)?

The functions themselves are different.

But Amelia

service
event

It supports both. You won't find a more flexible booking system out there. And it works just as smoothly as a native app.

Members can manage their reservations through the customer panel.

Once you log in, you can access your customer panel from My Profile.

Once you assign members to staff, they will be able to add, edit and manage events and services from their My Profile.

By creating an SNS community for experts in something, separating the profile types for experts and users, and assigning expert members to staff, experts will be able to manage reservations and sales for their own lessons and events. (Sales go to the administrator, so you need to decide how to split it. If payment is made on site, the member can receive it.)

Depending on the purpose and usage, it works smoothly.

Services (basically open)
Events (basically closed, random, or unexpected)

Amelia supports both and even allows you to accept credit card payments without using WooCommerce or other similar services, so it may be the most recommended option.
There are other counterparts to one or the other, but they are more complicated.

I think the most important thing about a membership site is that it is easy to use not only for the administrators but also for members, so in that sense I highly recommend Amelia.
