There are many options for easy reservation systems, but most are designed under the assumption that the establishment is open every day except for weekends, holidays, and special closing days.

However, recently there are many people who work as consultants, personal trainers, seminar lecturers, etc.
Such bookings are irregular and random.
There are limited days and times when reservations can be made.
Basically, if you have a reservation system that is open, you can set it up once and just wait for reservations, except for irregular holidays. However, if you have irregular or one-off reservations, you have to set it up every time, which is a hassle and you will eventually stop using it. If you don't get any reservations, you will stop using it even more. It's better not to have a reservation system that isn't updated and has an empty calendar.
