BuddyBoss and PeepSo have chat functions, but most websites don't. I think it's common sense to have a "contact form" on a website.

is excellent, but this is a chat like an inquiry that connects administrators and guests (members). It is possible to increase the number of chat members, but it is up to the administrator to do so. It is not the type of chat where all members can chat together.

In that sense, it is better than a paid plugin.
